  • Positive thoughts make your brain grow and increase your self esteem.
  • Whether you believe in God or you don’t, he does not, when you think about God your brain grows.
  • Focusing on negative beliefs will make you go CRAZY, NUTS!
  • Just seeing the word NO releases stress into your body into your life.
  • Every time you complain, judge, gripe, worry about money, stress out etc you are literally hurting your brain.

      The morning is the best time to have positive thoughts, it sets the tone for the rest of the day. So often people wake up and mentally or verbally FIGHT against having to get up. Great way to change your life is to be excited about a new day, be excited you get another chance to grown, change, create, and learn. The second best time to have positive thoughts is the rest of the day. 🙂

    Yes! Years ago I came to the conclusion that thoughts could change brain chemistry, ie. negative thoughts create depression states in the brain. This then leads to treatment with medication, mistaking the symptom for the cause. It has been observed with brain scans that cognitive therapy can reduce overactivity in the brain areas that are responsible for Obsessive Compulsive problems, in a similar fashion that medication does.
