GREAT advice! You can not take positive action from a negative mindset. Love it!

Good practical advice. I especially like: “When you live with purpose, happiness, and fulfillment you are the light of the world.”

Most people live day to day without purpose. The only way to maximize time and relationships IS to live with purpose.

Michelle, so true! If life is not going the way you want then analyze the purpose you are really creating in your life. My experience is that most people have absolutely no purpose in their actions from day to day, however they expect a purposeful outcome in their life. Its impossible. I enjoyed visiting your site http://www.antistressandpain.com/ as well. I really love teaching people about how to eliminate stress from their lives.
